The Heart Foundation is New Zealand's heart charity, leading the fight against our single biggest killer – heart disease; they rely on the the generosity and goodwill of everyday Kiwis to fund their life-saving research and work. With the onset of the covid pandemic and critically reduced revenue from street appeals, we were engaged to help launch the first Big Heart Charity online lottery. We created a full integrated media and digital marketing strategy, supported by the production of static and animated assets across multiple channels. A new, standalone website was built to maximise ticket sales for the online lottery, with a specific focus around nurturing multiple and repeat ticket sales. Technical integrations with their existing platforms were key to the success of this.
Following the successful launch of the Big Heart Charity Lottery we were invited to help promote their main flagship lottery, where the main prize is a completed home worth over 1.2 million dollars. To date, we've seen a significant improvement in engagement and conversion performance for both fundraising streams.
